This painting was inspired by my own two-year-old son, who is rarely more than a few steps away from me. At this age, his world feels safest and happiest when he’s close by my side. Whether it’s holding my hand, climbing into my lap, or following me from room to room, he reminds me daily how fleeting and precious these tender years are. I wanted to capture that closeness, the way a child’s love is simple, pure, and constant, and the comfort of knowing that, for now, being with mama is all he needs.
Paper: This is a high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper. 330 gsm. It is very lightly textured, with a matte finish.
Unframed Canvas: Printedon a 1.25", durable, archival-grade canvas. It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow over time. It has a semi-glossy sheen.
